We have used Gary Munson for many years. They are extremely reliable and experienced.. from office management to the employees they all get the job done on time if not sooner. They are all about the customers satisfaction and comfort. Very reasonably priced. Family owned and courteous and dependable !! Wonderful company that won't let you down!
Jason is absolutely outstanding! His knowledge, expertise & manner is so reassuring! I was out of town & Jason called me before arriving, when he was there & explained things to me. Finally, afterwards Jason was so kind to call me that all was finished & our system is great!

Class act! I've had the opportunity to use Gary Munson twice now, both times when our a/c went out. Both times they were incredibly responsive and had a technician scheduled to come out the same day. Jason was our technician each time and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and timely… can't say enough good things about him! We've moved a lot and have used our fair share of a/c companies. Not all are as scrupulous as Gary Munson is, so thankful we have them to handle our heating and air conditioning needs.
A great experience!! I called in the morning and was given a time slot, which Frank showed up on time for my appointment. Gave me the diagnostic information quickly!! And I had to leave to go back to work. (not to mention that I left him alone in my home and he was extremely trustworthy) Communication was fantastic! It was still warm in the house when I got home from work… called and left a voice message to get someone after hours on a Friday night and Gary Munson, the owner called me back an hour later. Was very kind and gave me some advice on what to do. My AC is working great now! And absolutely I will use him again!!
AC went out of course on a "Weekend". My girls were feeling miserable. Called Gary Munson Heating and Air Conditioning. Found a leak in my coil most likely a manufacturer defect! Freon added and everything else checked out. (Note: another company installed my AC 4 yrs ago.)
Luck in my favor, the coil was under warranty. Part was ordered and in about a week the coil was replaced and now all good.
Company was on time, communicated, friendly and informative. On my go to list! ????

We had an issue with our AC, and we could not find any emergency services until we found Gary Munson's team. Jason came out and was quick to solve the issue. He double-checked all other items (including pressure testing, etc.). He could not have been more thorough. I appreciate Jason's focus and timeliness in solving our issue.

Jason came out almost immediately after we called when our air went out. Was able to identify the issue and fix it in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service as well.
