Within 10m of finding the website and asking for help with Roy via online chat, they had someone out to my house within an hour or two. Bob, the technician, quickly found I a bad capacitor, low freon, and my voltage controller was arcing. Fixed it all quickly, and he was so much fun to talk to while he was working.
Guys, use Gary Munson for you AC needs. They were very reasonably priced.
Gary Munson was recommended to me by a friend when I was having trouble replacing my thermostat. I called Mr. Munson, (after 5:00 PM!), & he was kind enough to discuss the issue with me by phone, correctly diagnose the issue, & advise me how to make the repair myself. WOW! That's a real professional who can be trusted! I give him my thanks & my highest recommendation.
I called Munson Heating and Air after I had another company come out to service my walk in cooler. Lets just say I wish I had called them first! The difference was like night and day. Our technician, Steve, was prompt and VERY courteous. He explained to me everything he had done and needed to do. I did require a part, he called and found the part right away and told me upfront what the cost was and asked if he should proceed. I liked the fact there were no surprises when it was time to satisfy my invoice. I would highly recommend Munson for all for your Heating, Air and Refrigeration needs. TOP NOTCH!
I called Gary Munson on a holiday when everyone else was closed. I left a voicemail assuming that he was also closed. Roughly 20 minutes later he called, I told him my situation, and he had a repair guy out to me within a hour. The cost was more than reasonable and the repair was super quick. Additionally, I never received a call back from the other 3 A/C companies I called that day... Thank you!!!

Great service! My technician was Eric, and he was extremely knowledgeable. I called and he came out about 2 hours later. He not only fixed the problem, but also made additional fixes to prevent future issues with my old system.
I wish i had called them sooner, instead of wasting several days online trying to troubleshoot it myself.

I rate my experience 5 stars! My technician was Mike Pittman, very knowledgable, efficient and friendly guy. He definitely represents your company well and because of that, any issue I may have in the future I know exactly who to call. Oh, and it was sunday on memorial day weekend!! Figured I'd have to wait till tuesday for anyone to come out and fix my AC. Thanks again and Mike keep up the good work man.
