Do not waste your time with Del-Air! Superior service. Gary himself called us-on Memorial Day- to troubleshoot. When that didn't work, he sent a tech out immediately to diagnose the problem. The tech was knowledgeable, professional and fast. New motor was installed less than 24 hours after the initial call. And it would have been sooner had it not been a holiday. Thank you so much, Gary Munson!
I recently used Munson Heating and AC for the second time in two years at different properties I own in the Conway area. Much like the first experience I had, their team was professional, prompt and honest. The technician was fast and honest about the work performed. I have used Munson Air for quite a few years but had not had a major expense till recently. They not only gave a competitive price and got out in a reasonable time, but also WARRANTIED the compressor they installed when there was an issue afterward. I was really worried I would be left holding the ball on a $3,000 expense, but they came out and inspected/ replaced within a few days! Thanks Munson Air!
Bob the AC specialist had to be the nicest , most knowledgeable, and honest AC specialist I've ever had in 15 years. Fantastic!
Gary installed 2 units in my house. He kept his word on all the work he did and was there every step of the way to answer questions and solve any issues. His price is the best around and he was fantastic to work with. Do not bother shopping around, he will tell you exactly what is needed and not try and add on pricey extras. I will use Gary if I ever need another system.

Excellent, efficient and fair priced AC repair service with Bob from Gary Munson Heating & AC.
I was impressed with the polite and efficient staff that took my call. Bob informed me 40 minutes before arrival and arrived at the promised time. Bob was professional , knowledgable and experienced. I received excellent service that solved the problem and provided me with good information regarding my option. I felt that that the price was fair and that I was given full disclosure reading all costs.
I will recommend Gary Munson without hesitation and will plan to use them in the future.

We went for almost two weeks without AC based on the estimates and opinions of other companies. Finally, expecting a $2,000 replacement on a compressor we found Gary Munson Heating and AC. Alex came out and was both honest and professional. Seriously, that means a a lot! Turns out it wasn't the compressor at all and the repair to get us up and running wasn't even 10% of the original few quotes we got. I was both in shock and relieved. In a world where everyone is out to get everyone and take them to the bank, this speaks volumes of integrity and commitment. We will be recommending Gary Munson and his family to everyone. Seriously, customers for life!
