I had 3 of my 5 mini splits AC units serviced and 1of them had a leak so he had to find it an he did my service technician was Chandler he was very professional polite and informative and explained everything to me and he did a great job i am having more work done as 1ac needs the blowerfan deep Cleaned and the 1 with the leak still needs repair and 2 more AC's need serviced and i am also purchasing the yearly maintenance plan for all 5 units so they stay running efficiently as recommended Chandler was very experienced and knowledgeable about everything he was doing and what needed done so i am asking for him to continue to do the rest of the job for me as he already knows what is going on with my units , i would recommend this company an chandler for any of your AC needs i have been extremely pleased with how much better my AC's are cooling and working since he serviced an cleaned everything on them thank you again for your help getting our units running good along with your professionalism experience knowledge and kindness this company has top notch staff and service I will continue to support this company Gary Munson heating and Air Conditioning #1 ac service in Orlando Fl !

I cannot say enough positive things about Gary Munson H&C!!! We had a quote from a well known competitor that explained we needed an entire new AC system that would cost $14K. Seriously considered going this route but decided to look around.
One company that had solid reviews couldn't serve my area but they referred us to Gary. I contacted them and they sent Gregory out to do Diagnostics etc …. Turns out…We only needed a new Blower Motor that they determined was covered under warranty!!!! The next day, Gregory installed it and we were cool again within a couple hours!!!
Oh…. this only cost us $450!!!
Seriously, if you want an honest diagnosis on your AC unit, PLEASE give Gary Munson a call!!!

Very efficient!! My unit died overnight and was over 80 in my house by morning. I went on the website before they opened and put in an inquiry about services and they called within the hour of them being open. Set up an appointment for them to come out the same day within a couple hours. My technician, Devyn, was super nice and figured out the problem and began working to fix it promptly. At the conclusion of our interaction he informed us of other services his company offer and partner company to help maintain our HVAC system. Will definitely be recommending this company to anyone that has an HVAC issues.
