Prompt response when I requested a quote on a 6 system maintenance plan for a commercial building. Great representation of a company that has been around for a good amount of time which is a plus in this day and age. Very professional and great price for the service. Accepted the quote and had the service done within a week of 1st request. Between Alex who first came out then Chandler being the main person I dealt with during the maintenance I felt like a valued customer even thought this was our first time using them. Munson heating air air conditioning is a wonderful company .I got a new air conditioner for my house. And they were knowledgeable and patient explaining which unit I should purchase. The installers were very experienced and pleasant. I needed it to be purchased and installed rather quickly and they accommodated me.

Bobby, Geoff, and Leslie did an outstanding job installing my new Trane A/C system. I was very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism. Once the installation was complete, they took the time to help me get the WiFi thermostat working and went through the menus to make sure I fully understood how to use it. Thank you Gary Munson Heating & Air Conditioning, specifically AJ Munson, for correctly recommending the upgrade and replacing our installed Trane Air Handler. On 3/18/2026, ******* **** & **** demonstrated superb teamwork and exceptional organization throughout the removal and install. Our new Trane HVAC system is now operating within the manufacturers parameters, and noticeably much quieter with the newly installed variable speed Trane Air Handler. Its truly an awesome change following four years of being serviced by a locally large ************ who installed our system and were performing required semi-annual maintenance in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. This HVAC business had >2.5 years to correct an unresolved issue with our original Trane air handler sweating on the front panel and evaporation coil dripping condensation into the plenum air box during all Central Florida high humidity days. Its nice to be back being serviced by **** Munson a honest, professional, and locally established family business that really cares about their customers and ensures their unique ************ are operating as designed. Were 100% satisfied. Gary Munson Heating & Air Conditioning are our superstars! Truly a Five Star (out of 5-Stars) family business.

I simply can't think of anything they could possibly improve on. The scheduling process was perfect and frictionless (scheduled late at night online, confirmation call the next day). Gregory the tech was there in less than 18 hours from when I made the inquiry! He was so, so fast, professional and explained everything. The problem (blown capacitor) was fixed, airflow tested, and he was out the door in less than 30min. The total fee was lower than I had anticipated. Genuinely a pleasure to deal with this company in a world of poor customer service!
