Nice techs that came to fix our issue. Good company and customer service. Would give 4.5 if I could, only because it took a few trips to figure out and fix the problem. Meanwhile it was 84° in the house.
Been using Gary and Munson since we opened an Orlando office and it was the best choice! They make it easy to understand what services they are doing and always do it efficiently. The prices are also great! Each time we have had Gregory come out and he remembers all the unique quirks of our building. He's great about checking in and recently when our AC went completely out was about to come out right away and spent alot of time rewiring our unit. It's working with companies like Gary Munson who hire people who care and that are good at their job the reason people keep going back. Thank you for helping us!
