I was in town for a limited time and really needed my AC checked on short notice and it was Thanksgiving week. I saw a lot of HVAC people, but Gary Munson looked like a local operation who could handle my request. They did not disappoint. From the lady who scheduled me to the technician, they were so polite and helpful. In fact, we missed our first appointment in the morning when we did not hear the doorbell. They did their best to work us back in later that day. I did not expect them to do that, but they did. Gary Munson is now my HVAC guy in Central Florida. I will use them for all my properties. Five start service and they didn't take my last dime:)

Suddenly I had no A/C. Called Gary Munson and they came out immediately. I needed a new fan motor. They ordered it and will be installed tomorrow. Plus, the gave me a Veterans' Discount. Great customer service.
