This company is awesome!! We have used them to install two split units in our garage and more recently to service an air conditioning unit which they did not install that has had problems since the beginning. They changed the angle of the drain line which should help immensely with some of the problems we've been having. Such a simple fix that no one else has been able to solve. Every employee has been professional and kind. Such a rare thing these days. We will definitely keep using them!

Jason was amazing! I was so stressed dealing with a lot of bad things happening at once. Another company came out and fixed the thermostat and two days later it was 92 inside again. That company said I needed a new unit. Instead, Jason came out the next morning and did a complete inspection and had it fixed in an hour. I had so much more confidence in how Jason broke things down and explained things.
I was pleased with the great job Gary Munson's technician did in replacing a thermostat for my Uncle's partner. He worked quickly and had it changed out in no time at all. The new thermostat works great! I would recommend Gary Munson to anyone who needs any heat/AC work done. They have been doing our A/C/Heat issues for years. I trust this company.

Great service! This company goes the extra mile! Our AC stopped cooling on a Thursday night. I called and left a message. I received a text within minutes to call the office in the morning which I did. I also expressed my concern that we were scheduled to go out of town the next day. The tech arrived about an hour later and diagnosed the problem. Another tech was able to locate a part and a few hours later arrived and made the necessary repairs. We left town Saturday morning knowing our HVAC was running properly. Yes, we are VIP customers!
