This is my second time using Gary Munson, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Everything from getting a (live) person on the phone quickly, to an early arrival of the technician, who completed the work thoroughly and provided explanations of what he did and items to consider for the future (not a pressured upsell), is exactly what I've been trying to find in an HVAC repair team in the Orlando area for the past 4 years. I finally found them! Their pricing is extremely competitive as well. Would recommend without reservation.

The technician that was sent out was deaf but we were able to communicate by texting on our phones. He easily understood what the problems were and got to fixing them right away.
