It was my first maintenance visit after purchasing a new AV system, The tech was on-time and very professional. i am pleased i chose Gary Munson AC
I simply can't think of anything they could possibly improve on. The scheduling process was perfect and frictionless (scheduled late at night online, confirmation call the next day). Gregory the tech was there in less than 18 hours from when I made the inquiry! He was so, so fast, professional and explained everything. The problem (blown capacitor) was fixed, airflow tested, and he was out the door in less than 30min. The total fee was lower than I had anticipated. Genuinely a pleasure to deal with this company in a world of poor customer service!

Jason was very informative and answered my many questions. He let me know my drain was quite clogged and totally cleaned it. He told m how to prevent this in the future. He was finished in under an hour.

Had a great experience with a new AC install with Gary Munson Heating and AC. Excellent Daikin equipment and a very smooth install. Our installers Geoff and Bobby were professional, efficient, and enjoyable to talk to. Our Sales rep, AJ, answered all my questions, which I had many, and really helped us out with a request after the sale. They are a great local business. Highly recommended.
