Good service and great price. Had to have one of my units replaced. The team worked very efficiently and finished the job ahead of schedule. They were very careful not to disturb my classic car in the garage which was no easy task. Product selections are vast and came with great warranty. They are for sure my go to for HVAC. My heating system stopped working at the worst possible time. I called my regular HVAC service company. The technician told me I needed a new system. I contacted Munson for a second opinion. They fit me on the schedule the same day, and came out and repaired it.
Everyone was professional and kind, from Chelsea, the dispatcher to Leslie, my technician. Leslie is knowledgeable and his customer service was exceptional. Munson has a new customer and I'll recommend them to others.

Gary Munson air-conditioning provides excellent service and is quick to respond. They call or text me shortly after I make a call about a problem and sometimes they're able to coach me through the problem or at least let me know what I need to do until they can arrive later that day or the next day. Service has been excellent

I've been in Orlando for 18 years now and found Gary Munson Heating & Air after multiple companies had scammed me over a 5 year period, via a home warranty which I canceled after I saw how this type of work and service was supposed to be done. I've been able to get in touch with the owner on multiple occasions over the weekend, even on Sundays. This is how a well run company works - not the "cheapest" but guess what, I don't want cheap. I want fair and Gary Munson is more than that. Thank you for the continued service over the years and look forward to using your services as long as they're available!
