I called 3 other AC places that just seemed off or trying to hard sell me a system. I called Gary Munson for a quote as I had heard they are trustworthy.
Gary himself showed up and gave me solutions no other company even bothered to mention. Like add extra return, non ducted, keep my portable AC.

Gary Munson was spot on for us when our HVAC unit went out. Julio came out on Wednesday and was able to determine we needed a new unit. Julio was very thorough. The next day we were scheduled to have a new unit. This was all scheduled and arranged by Wil so quickly and seamless. Our install team Geoff and Bobby were awesome. Professional, highly qualified and experienced. The installation was also seamless and done with much satisfaction. I would highly recommend Gary Munson beginning with the office staff to Julio to Wil to Geoff and Bobby!!!
We have used Gary Munson for many years. They are extremely reliable and experienced.. from office management to the employees they all get the job done on time if not sooner. They are all about the customers satisfaction and comfort. Very reasonably priced. Family owned and courteous and dependable !! Wonderful company that won't let you down!
Jason is absolutely outstanding! His knowledge, expertise & manner is so reassuring! I was out of town & Jason called me before arriving, when he was there & explained things to me. Finally, afterwards Jason was so kind to call me that all was finished & our system is great!

Class act! I've had the opportunity to use Gary Munson twice now, both times when our a/c went out. Both times they were incredibly responsive and had a technician scheduled to come out the same day. Jason was our technician each time and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and timely… can't say enough good things about him! We've moved a lot and have used our fair share of a/c companies. Not all are as scrupulous as Gary Munson is, so thankful we have them to handle our heating and air conditioning needs.
