AC went out of course on a "Weekend". My girls were feeling miserable. Called Gary Munson Heating and Air Conditioning. Found a leak in my coil most likely a manufacturer defect! Freon added and everything else checked out. (Note: another company installed my AC 4 yrs ago.)
Luck in my favor, the coil was under warranty. Part was ordered and in about a week the coil was replaced and now all good.
Company was on time, communicated, friendly and informative. On my go to list! ????
Always excellent, professional service from the team at Gary Munson!! They share your sense of urgency and do everything they can to get your A/C & Heating issues resolved as quickly as possible. Our service from Jason in particular has been top-notch every time!! Highly recommended!!!
We had an issue with our AC, and we could not find any emergency services until we found Gary Munson's team. Jason came out and was quick to solve the issue. He double-checked all other items (including pressure testing, etc.). He could not have been more thorough. I appreciate Jason's focus and timeliness in solving our issue.

Jason came out almost immediately after we called when our air went out. Was able to identify the issue and fix it in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service as well.
Was referred Gary Munson's services. AC went out in the middle of summer, was able to get them to come out and diagnose and fix the problem same day. Jason came out to my property and was quick and efficient, a true professional. I really do appreciate it.
Leslie worked on my system about two weeks ago and the house has never been cooler since than. He made adjustments to how my ac runs and now my humidity is lower than 52 percent.

I have nothing but positive remarks about our experience with this company. From the first visit to help with an hvac leak to another visit where they replaced our system and the air duct insulation, everyone we have met was so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.
Wanted to give a shout out to Gary Munson A/C and their tech Alex.
They came out quick, diagnosed and fixed the issue that another recommended company had missed recently, and explained everything very well.
Their service charge is a little bit more than some cheaper ones (about $15-$20 more), but it is applied toward any repairs and Alex was more knowledgeable than many other techs we have dealt with.
We will definitely call them again!
