Our upstairs AC went out on Friday night. I reached out to Gary Munson at 7:33am on Saturday morning and they had our AC fixed by 10:29am the same day. In a world where businesses aren't returning emails or phone calls, Gary Munson provided some impressive customer service.
They responded quickly. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I will call them again when I need service. I was very happy with their work.

HUGE shoutout to Chelsea & Corie who both went above and beyond to not only figure out the solutions needed to resolve the ac, but were available any time I had a question. Tech's Alex and Dennis (Superman) were very professional and super efficient. Overall an absolutely great company, and great experience! Thank you :)

Great experience with AJ and his team. Mike the lead was very responsive to our needs during the new AC install and kept us posted as the work progressed and adjustments were made. Everyone on the team was on point. Great AC and great work with the details.
Gary and his team did an awesome job on installing my new AC system. He also went out of his way to get us AC while he ordered the new system and before he could install it which we would have gone a week without AC in the FL heat. We did have a miscommunication but he and his staff were professional about making it right. I would recommend Gary for all your AC and heating needs.
