I called Munson Heating and Air after I had another company come out to service my walk in cooler. Lets just say I wish I had called them first! The difference was like night and day. Our technician, Steve, was prompt and VERY courteous. He explained to me everything he had done and needed to do. I did require a part, he called and found the part right away and told me upfront what the cost was and asked if he should proceed. I liked the fact there were no surprises when it was time to satisfy my invoice. I would highly recommend Munson for all for your Heating, Air and Refrigeration needs. TOP NOTCH!
I called Gary Munson on a holiday when everyone else was closed. I left a voicemail assuming that he was also closed. Roughly 20 minutes later he called, I told him my situation, and he had a repair guy out to me within a hour. The cost was more than reasonable and the repair was super quick. Additionally, I never received a call back from the other 3 A/C companies I called that day... Thank you!!!

Great service! My technician was Eric, and he was extremely knowledgeable. I called and he came out about 2 hours later. He not only fixed the problem, but also made additional fixes to prevent future issues with my old system.
I wish i had called them sooner, instead of wasting several days online trying to troubleshoot it myself.

I rate my experience 5 stars! My technician was Mike Pittman, very knowledgable, efficient and friendly guy. He definitely represents your company well and because of that, any issue I may have in the future I know exactly who to call. Oh, and it was sunday on memorial day weekend!! Figured I'd have to wait till tuesday for anyone to come out and fix my AC. Thanks again and Mike keep up the good work man.

I am a retired technical manufacturing plant manager with commercial HVAC experience. I chose Gary Munson Heating and Air Conditioning for my home heat pump system. He has the best service organization in the entire Orlando Florida area! World class service! Knock-your-sox-off customer service with experienced technicians uniquely qualified to quickly, correctly, troubleshoot and repair systems.
I had researched on the web for the best reviews for HVAC home repair contractors. I also checked credentials on the (Rheem) manufactures web site. I looked at Google reviews as well.
I did NOT find ANY positive reviews for: …... , Orlando FL, that had serviced one unit the last time and put their stickers all over the units.
Many folks I had talked to in the past were very disappointed with many Heating and Air Conditioning companies in the Orlando FL area. They were overcharged and had to deal with very slow service and response, from impolite, inexperienced, inept technicians.
I have dealt with several Gary Munson A/C technicians on several jobs.
I have not met Gary Munson, but spoke to him on the phone several times. I was very impressed with the professionalism and concern that he exhibited.

Bob Hoefling is very experienced, works on call, (semi-retired), and very smart and experienced. Bob taught heating and air conditioning in community college as well as having a career in the air conditioning field. He knows his stuff!
James is really good and learning from the professionals in the Gary Munson team.
