I Called this morning from Colorado for an issue with my mother's condo A/C and spoke with Maggie and she had a tech out within the hour! Diagnosis was very quick by Omar and on his way to pickup the part needed he even got my 80yr old mother a sandwich from Arby's!! Talk about compassion and above and beyond service, WOW! I could not be happier that I called Gary Munson Heating & Air. Being so far away it really made my day to know she was well taken care of and pricing was fair! THANK YOU!!
I called Munson Heating and AC today for a AC system that was out of commission. My call was answered promptly and professionally. Then the person who answered my call reviewed the problem with my AC unit and scheduled the technician for that afternoon. The Technician arrived on time as promised and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then went to work to repair the problem. He took extra care to make sure the the repair was effective before checking out that the system was cooling effectively. Back in service and chilling out. Thank you
I have used Gary Munson's services in the past. My AC went out last night and I called this morning and the repair person, Frank, actually showed up a little bit early. He went above and beyond to get my AC back up and running. Thank you so much!

Every time I have had service from Gary Munson it has been a good experience. From the folks you speak with on the phone to the service providers, everyone is kind, efficient, professional, and good. I do not feel hassled, this feels like a small business ran with the customer in mind. Highly recommend.
