Five stars says it all !
My wife and i called about 4 companies and no one was able to come out until Monday. We called Munson Heating and Air and they came out that sat. Afternoon. The Tech was Extremely Knowledgeable and found the problem that was a simple fix, and we had the house nice and cold in no Time!! The only thing i didn't Like was we we're not getting warranty on the part cause we had to get the serial # of our A.C Unit.????
The technician was very knowledgeable, sincere and professional. He was able to take care of my issue in a short period of time and he explained everything very well. I have been using Gary Munson for years and I highly recommend this company.

My AC had been out for several days in the middle of the summer. The repairman they sent told me the different options and at no point did I feel they were trying to upsell me or take advantage of me. Then they went the extra mile to get my new unit installed as quickly as possible. It was fantastic service!
Air condition went out on Labor Day weekend while stressing about Hurricane Dorian. We cane and took care of it and should me some ways to be pro active regarding maintenance. I really appreciate them!

I used Gary Munson to install a complete new system in my home back in 2012. They did an outstanding job. Since then they are the only AC company that I call. They have done work at 5 different homes for me since the first time I used them. This past weekend the fan motor went out on my son's ac in his condo. Even on a holiday weekend they took my phone call and had someone out to fix it within a very short time. They got it running in a very short time and I found the repair bill to be very reasonable for a holiday repair.
