We experienced the pleasure of meeting Gary Munson, due to our unit was not working correctly. Gary came to our home, very kind and professional and never once made us feel like he was in a hurry or a salesman. He explained everything and have us multiple options to choose from. His written estimates are easy to read/understand and well broken down into many options. When finding out our air had quit working, Gary had a technician to our home within hours to get it patched and cooling. Even the technician was awesome! Must say after 3 other local estimates and countless hours What a blessing to meet a company like this!

Munson Heating & Air Conditioning to the rescue! Our air went out on Saturday night, I called first thing Sunday morning and a technician was out early afternoon. Alex diagnosed and quickly fixed the problem, he was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company :)

My AC unit was not working so I called Gary based on all his reviews after a nightmare experience with another big name company. Gary's tech Steve who is a "Rock Star" came out and repaired my 17 yr old system in 2.5 hrs. Steve and Gary Munson AC are what A+ customer first service means, professional and complete. There flat rate pricing also gave me piece of mind. I will definitely use & recommend them again and again.
Eureka! I have finally found an honest and competent AC Company in Orlando. The service men, Mr. Smith, checked my system and informed me that there was nothing wrong with it. He performed some adjustments and everything is working great.
My unit and air handler was installed about a year ago by Rainaldi Company. They are the most unscrupulous and dishonest people on earth. Multiple service men performed timely and expensive tests on my unit and after I was informed I had a leak. I was then told more expenses were to come.
After getting a second opinion by Gary Munson Heating & Air, I was told there was no leak and only minor changes needed to be made.
The honesty is appreciated and I highly recommend Gary Munson Heating & Air.
