We normally use a small, but wonderful a/c co., but our Dance Studio had no air since Saturday, and the tech had a family medical issue, so he recommended us calling Gary Munson A/C. I talked to Chelsea in the morning, who said they were very busy, but said she promised to TRY and get someone out today. By 3:00, Frank showed up and went to move his truck around when it started storming! As it cleared enough he got to work, and found that we had a wire that had melted in the outside unit. Checking everything, he was able to get the air working again, and at a wonderful price, and our students were able to dance in nice, cold air! That's 5 stars to us!

A/C was failing. Osmond came out twice, tried 2 different workarounds, neither worked. When we needed new unit, Munson credited us the 2 parts Osmond had put in.
And they installed the new unit the day after I ordered. Can't beat that. Highly recommend!
