Gary Munson air-conditioning provides excellent service and is quick to respond. They call or text me shortly after I make a call about a problem and sometimes they're able to coach me through the problem or at least let me know what I need to do until they can arrive later that day or the next day. Service has been excellent
I had the misfortune of my AC not working late on a Friday night. Called first thing in the morning and received a call back within minutes. The tech came out a few hours later. The part they needed was under warranty so I had to wait until Monday for them to get the part. However, they brought over a portable AC unit that was perfect for the bedroom - keep things nice & cool until my ac could be repaired. 10/10
