I've been in Orlando for 18 years now and found Gary Munson Heating & Air after multiple companies had scammed me over a 5 year period, via a home warranty which I canceled after I saw how this type of work and service was supposed to be done. I've been able to get in touch with the owner on multiple occasions over the weekend, even on Sundays. This is how a well run company works - not the "cheapest" but guess what, I don't want cheap. I want fair and Gary Munson is more than that. Thank you for the continued service over the years and look forward to using your services as long as they're available!

The crew did an outstanding job! They installed a new indoor and outdoor unit plus a mini split, all in a single day, and even relocated the outdoor unit. Everything was done thoroughly and with great care.
Gary Munson and his team are wonderful and I highly recommend them for all your AC needs. We have been using them for many years, and they are always professional, courteous and do a great job! If you want an honest AC technician to do good work, these are your people!

I was in town for a limited time and really needed my AC checked on short notice and it was Thanksgiving week. I saw a lot of HVAC people, but Gary Munson looked like a local operation who could handle my request. They did not disappoint. From the lady who scheduled me to the technician, they were so polite and helpful. In fact, we missed our first appointment in the morning when we did not hear the doorbell. They did their best to work us back in later that day. I did not expect them to do that, but they did. Gary Munson is now my HVAC guy in Central Florida. I will use them for all my properties. Five start service and they didn't take my last dime:)
