After losing our a/c unit, we contacted Gary Munson about getting an evaluation and repair done on our unit. He contacted us on the weekend and provided information that may have allowed our unit to reboot. Though unsuccessful, the office staff contacted us the following Monday, and was able to schedule a technician to come out and do an onsite inspection. He was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous, and had our unit repaired before lunchtime.

Bobby and Jeff did a great "5-star" job installing our new Daiken air conditioning system. They were prompt, professional and informative.
