5 minutes! That's how long it took to find the reason my AC had been making noise for 3 years… two other AC guys said it was "normal", charged me $100 and made me feel like I was crazy. It's not normal to have a giant piece of insulation floating around your air handler. Enjoying the peace and quiet now! Very professional and great service.
