Have been using Gary Munson for over 3 years for service and they have always done a great job. Yesterday they did a whole system replacement and I am impressed.
I was an electrical contractor for over 10 years, and while I don’t know every technical requirement for HVAC I did work alongside them a lot. I can tell you this was a high-quality installation.

Called 20 minutes before arrival. Once Will, the service tech arrived he explained what he would be doing and proceed to follow the process. Explained after he checked all equipment and tested everything was good. Offered a 1 year service agreement, did not push it. Will seemed to be very professional and did a great job of explaining everything. Very happy with service and would highly recommend to anyone.

These guys have been around a long time and we used them years ago and I feel like they keep getting better and better. Our Techs were SUPERB (Geoff, Cody) and knew what was going on and ours was a HARD install (older home and tight quarters). Super please and we asked for the Daiken brand and we love it. We also got the additional warranty they offered and it was fairly priced. We did not want to buy TWO new systems in a 120 period but everything seemed to fail all together. Glad we used Munson

Had a wonderful experience with Gary Munson Heating & Air Conditioning! First, the interactions with the office staff were lovely. Maggie (I think that was her name) was friendly and responsive. She even called me on the day of my appointment to let me know that an earlier spot had opened up if I was interested. Frank came out to check out a few issues and complete a yearly maintenance check. He not only fixed the problems, but he also spent the time with me explaining what they were and giving me tips on how to avoid them in the future. Great company to work with and I know that my AC is in good hands for my yearly service from now on!

Two years ago this company replaced by old ac unit with a new model. It was a smooth process and they couldn't have been more polite or professional. This week they came out for the annual servicing of my ac, and the tech was again helpful and professional. My AC unit was not working so I called Gary based on all his reviews after a nightmare experience with another big-name company. Gary's tech Steve who is a "Rock Star" came out and repaired my 17 yr old system in 2.5 hrs. Steve and Gary Munson AC are what A+ customer first service means, professional and complete.
