Called 20 minutes before arrival. Once Will, the service tech arrived he explained what he would be doing and proceed to follow the process. Explained after he checked all equipment and tested everything was good. Offered a 1 year service agreement, did not push it. Will seemed to be very professional and did a great job of explaining everything. Very happy with service and would highly recommend to anyone.
Gary Munson AC fixed my malfunctioning Trane heat pump this winter. Fortunately the tech was able to bypass the EV board and allow the system to provide heat during several cold snaps we had in January and February. They have been our only HVAC service provider since we bought the house, and will continue to use their services.

Two years ago this company replaced by old ac unit with a new model. It was a smooth process and they couldn't have been more polite or professional. This week they came out for annual servicing of my ac, and the tech was again helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and explained what I should do to keep my ac running at its best.
