ASTOUNDING SERVICE
Munson AC has been a client of mine for almost a 1/2 decade, but today, when my ac unit went down, I became their client.
For the first time I go to experience the replacement of an AC unit - it's not a fun prospect. Gary, AJ and the teammates they sent to me made it absolutely painless, quick and completely professional and courteous.
I mean what I said when I said "astounding" - the service is fantastic!
These guys just finished installing ductless AC units in our home and we are so happy we went with them over the traditional units. The crew was awesome, super professional and the units work great; I love the fact that we can each keep our rooms at a temperature that is comfortable to us! I will be using these guys in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.
We experienced the pleasure of meeting Gary Munson, due to our unit was not working correctly. Gary came to our home, very kind and professional and never once made us feel like he was in a hurry or a salesman. He explained everything and have us multiple options to choose from. His written estimates are easy to read/understand and well broken down into many options. When finding out our air had quit working, Gary had a technician to our home within hours to get it patched and cooling. Even the technician was awesome! Must say after 3 other local estimates and countless hours What a blessing to meet a company like this!

Munson Heating & Air Conditioning to the rescue! Our air went out on Saturday night, I called first thing Sunday morning and a technician was out early afternoon. Alex diagnosed and quickly fixed the problem, he was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company :)
Best AC company period! Don't bother calling anyone else. Honest and trustworthy. Ask for the AC Tech Glen. This guy knows his stuff!
Mr. Munson and his techs were on time and reasonably price. Mr. Munson kept me informed and got my A/C fixed in the time specified to me. I will use them agsin and will recommend to friends, family and coworkers.
